As we wrote in our two previous communications, the new WORKDAY management system has created its share of problems.
One of them is the state of your leave before the introduction of WORKDAY and after it.
This communication, sent to everyone, explains how to verify the leave you had on February 26, 2023 (i.e., before the implementation of WORKDAY). This, combined with an accrued days to accrued hours converter, should, according to the communication, help you determine if the accrued time off in WORDAY is accurate.
We strongly recommend that you do this verification.
In Case of Errors
If the errors persist, please inform your manager as soon as possible so that the situation can be corrected as soon as possible, if necessary. If the problem remains unchanged and you are convinced that there is indeed an error, contact an APS representative.
